How to Claim a Winbox Bonus
Every Winbox bonus is claimed in the app, but each one has its own trigger. Here is how to claim Extra Bonus, the Welcome Bonus, the Rescue Bonus and the daily extras, and what to do if one doesn't show up.

The short version
Register and log in, top up, play, and let the app track your turnover. When a reward is ready, open the app and tap Claim. Some rewards, like the Rescue Bonus, are credited automatically once the rule is met. Turnover means the total amount you bet, and you don't need to win for it to count.

How to claim Extra Bonus
Register and log in
Create your Winbox account and log in to the app.
Top up and play
Top up and play Winbox games. Every bet adds to turnover.
Reach a milestone
The app tracks your turnover and shows when a milestone is hit.
Tap Claim
Open the app and tap Claim. The reward goes to your account.

Claim the Welcome Bonus 100%
- Register a new account. Real-name verification must not be duplicated.
- Top up at least RM20.
- Play slots only, until your turnover is at least 1x your top-up.
- Wait for the next-day check, then claim. The maximum is RM50.

Claim the Rescue Bonus
The Rescue Bonus pays up to RM58,888 depending on your betting turnover. You get one Rescue Bonus a day, and only your highest-turnover game counts. For example, if you bet 5K on one game and 10K on another, the 10K is the one that counts.
Turnover is counted after 5:00 pm the next day, and the bonus is credited automatically once you meet the rule. On the 7th, 17th and 27th, Lucky 7th boosts slots turnover 1.5x, which lifts your Rescue Bonus. More detail in our Winbox Rescue Bonus guide.

Claim Angpao and Scratch and Win
- Angpao: when the red-envelope buoy lights up in the app, tap it to grab your red packet. Once a day.
- Scratch and Win: enter your unique bonus code and scratch for up to RM2,888 daily.

If your bonus doesn't show up
- Wait for the check. Welcome Bonus turnover is checked the next day; Rescue Bonus turnover after 5:00 pm the next day.
- Check the game rule. The Welcome Bonus only counts slots. The Rescue Bonus only counts your highest-turnover game.
- Tap Claim. Extra Bonus rewards wait for you to claim them in the app.
- Contact support. Still missing? Message Winbox customer service inside the app. VIP members have a private customer-service group.
