Winbox Bonus Terms and Turnover
Winbox bonus terms look complicated, but most of them come down to one word: turnover. Here is what it means, the key rules for each offer and the checks that catch players out.

What turnover means
Turnover is the total amount you bet. If you place ten bets of RM2, your turnover is RM20, whatever happens with those bets. You don't need to win for a bet to count.
Almost every Winbox offer uses turnover in some way. Extra Bonus rewards you at turnover milestones. The Welcome Bonus asks for slots turnover of at least 1x your top-up. The Rescue Bonus grows with turnover, but only on your highest-turnover game.
Turnover is not the same as profit or loss. A high turnover just means you bet a lot. Never bet more to hit a turnover target than you can afford to lose.

Next-day checking
Some rewards are not settled the moment you play. The Welcome Bonus is checked the next day, and you claim it then. Rescue Bonus turnover is counted after 5:00 pm the next day, and the bonus is credited automatically once the requirement is met.
If a reward isn't there straight after you play, that is usually why. Wait for the check before contacting support.
